Reminders of Abundance

There are times that we may feel hopeless, doubtful, feel scarcity, feel emptiness or sadness. Perhaps it may be because you are currently in a bad situation either financially, in regards to health or relationship, etc. Perhaps what you see around you are situations that seem pitiful (i.e. people around you who may seem miserable or unhappy). Perhaps you had dreams that you never accomplished for whatever the reason may be and feel hopeless or you may feel that certain things are just out of your reach. Perhaps you have some limiting beliefs that are stopping you from having happiness and prosperity. Whatever it is, all these things can be like a heavy weight pulling you down and make you feel like life is full of lacks and limitations. When we feel this way is when we truly need to remind ourselves of all the abundance that is out there not just for others but for ourselves as well.

Whenever you need a reminder of abundance, just think of the air we breathe. We all need air and despite this need, there is still an abundance of it. Just look at the sky so vast. Since I was a child, I love to look up at the sky because it reminds me and it always made me feel like the sky is truly the limit and that anything is possible. Remind yourself that you can walk, that is a blessing. That you can see, how wonderful it is to see! That you can hear, if you have health, you have gold in your hands! There are so many reminders of abundance all around us that many times we get so stuck on the small stuff that we don’t even realize it. And if for whatever reason you can’t see or hear or walk, you STILL have blessings. Those are not the worst disabilities, the worst one is the one of the mind, the one where WE are the ones who limit ourselves.

Whenever you feel stuck or have any feeling that puts you down, remind yourself of all the abundance around you! Even if you have to think about the smallest thing, do so because believe it or not, the smallest thing that you think is not a blessing is truly a blessing.

How does all this tie to well-being? This has everything to do with well-being because to have a balanced, prosperous life where you are truly living to the fullest, mentally and emotionally you have to be in the right place. The body follows the mind and vice versa. If you think little of yourself, if you think negative, every cell in your body feels this as well and responds accordingly.

Truly one of the greatest things you can do to add more well-being into your life is to remind yourself often of all the abundance that you have.

It’s Only a Matter of Time…

It’s so easy to be impatient when you really want something. Trust me, I know, those close to me know that I can sometimes be so impatient about certain things. However, when we don’t seem to have that which we want so bad, we have to remind ourselves that it’s only a matter of time.

How can you get into that state of reminding yourself that it’s only a matter of time when what you want you want it now? Well, look at where you are now and where you were before. I’m pretty sure that although things pretty much may “look” the same, if you look closely, you have had changes along the way that perhaps were not so noticeable for you. This should tell you that life isn’t always the same and that things are continuously changing and will continue changing. Allow this to give you a sense of hope that things will get better with time. Another way to remind yourself that it’s only a matter of time for you to get what you want is to look for signs from the Universe that you are getting closer to the things you want. This can be that perhaps you met someone who has what you want or is where you want to be. It could be that the last person you dated has most of the qualities that you are looking for in a mate. It could be that you are surrounded by the environment that you desire to be a part of. Life is always giving you signs that what you want will happen and reminding you that it’s only a matter of time.

What does this phrase do to your well-being and how relevant it is to your everyday life? This one phrase, if you allow it, can transform your negative thinking and feeling to one of hope and faith. The feelings of hope and faith shift the way you think which will affect the way you behave. When you are in a state of desperateness, anger, sadness or hopelessness, these feelings don’t allow you to make the right choices which then affects your well-being in negative ways. You choose the wrong person because you think that someone is better than no one or because you don’t think you will find your One. You jump into a decision because you can’t wait for the right thing to arrive. You break relationships that may be beneficial to you because you can’t seem to see things from a positive light and on and on the list goes.

Anytime you feel like you’re about to lose hope because that thing that you want hasn’t arrived yet, remember, it’s only a matter of time. That love that you are waiting for still you don’t see any signs of him/her coming, it’s only a matter of time. That weight that you are trying to lose doesn’t seem to want to come off of you, it’s only a matter of time. No matter what….it’s only a matter of time.

Everything Happens In Your Favor

It is normal to be disappointed when something didn’t go right or when something that you wanted didn’t go through. Disappointments are a part of life. However, in order to grow in wellbeing, it is important to be able to view the disappointments in another light.

I truly believe in the power that our mind has on our mental, emotional and physical health. I believe that with our mind we have the capacity to cure ourselves if we wanted to. The mind also has the power of making us sick and it is because of this power that I always emphasize how we need to learn to use our mind right. With all this said, it is important that we learn to view that everything happens in our favor.

Everything works in our favor, even when people disappointment us. When an opportunity shuts in your face, it is because there is a bigger more beautiful opportunity waiting to arrive. When a relationship didn’t work out, it’s because there is someone even better for you but for that person to come into your life, the person who is currently in your life needs to leave your side. Something that may seem bad can be an opportunity for growth. It is an opportunity to be able to view things in a way that perhaps you would not have thought of viewing in that way. When something didn’t work out, God knows or the Universe knows what it was trying to avoid you of going through.

I believe that when we view that everything happens in our favor that we get less disappointed. We get angry less often, we are more relaxed and our mind remains clear. In other words, it is beneficial for your health to view things in this manner. We can enjoy greater health because we see how the universe is working towards our wellbeing.

I have to admit that if you are not used to viewing things in this manner, this will take some time for you to believe and feel. However long it takes, give it time but start now believing that everything happens in your favor. You will see how little by little your life will transform in a beautiful way. I challenge you to start viewing how everything happens in your favor.
